I had a wonderful experience receiving friendly and professional service from Kasto Rack.
As a... noob on storage system, I am clueless on how to setup the rack. However, to my surprise, the staff that came to my site is very friendly and greeted us with a smile.
During the consultation, he was friendly and spoke humbly. He gave us his professional opinions on what is the best setup for the space and also laid out various options to meet our budget. He was sincere and would not want us to spend extra funds unnecessarily.
Normally other companies would push and hard sell their highest quality products which may overkill the purpose but for Kasto Rack, the staff would recommend the best rack setup to meet our storage needs, nothing more.
The staff is very knowledgeable on his products and would give us the best advice on the materials to use for our setup. We can see that he knows his stuffs well and is sincere with his advice. Just by looking at the products we intend to place on the racks, he could advise us on the best setup possible with the longest lasting materials. He really wants the best for us.
I really recommend Kasto Rack to others. When texted, the staff was very responsive too. If I need more racks in the future, I would go back to Kasto Rack.

Made a customized rack with castors, although the process was a little lengthy but the wait was... worth it as the customization fit to the T with no error; considering we communicated only via watsapp. In addition, they proactively reinforced the rack to ensure the rack is able to withstand the frequent push & pull with a full load of approximately 60kg.
